In Kampong Thom, Cambodia, they toast bread until fragrant and eat it with hot grilled dried salted snakehead fish. When served, the salted fish is placed beside shredded papaya, and a separate plate of bread is offered. The flavor is delicious and unlike anything I've ever tasted.
