The owner speaks English, and his son speaks English well. They provide airport pickup at standard rates. You need to call for a car to pick you up when going anywhere. Large hotels along the main road in Loikaw city are good options because you can easily walk around the city. Loikaw is a quiet town with not many people. The town is laid out in a grid pattern. Local transport is mostly three-wheeled taxis; if hard to find, you can hail passing motorcycles. People are kind to tourists.
