Nakhon Pathom Chinese Banquet, Authentic Deliciousness http://www.hotsia.com > Nakhon Pathom > Nakhon Pathom Chinese Banquet, Authentic Deliciousness Mr.Hotsia travels in Nakhon Pathom, enjoying hearty Chinese banquets at the night market in front of the Phra Pathom Chedi. Recommended good and affordable hotels with discounts in Nakhon Pathom. Nakhon Pathom is famous for Chinese banquets with many restaurants and various price ranges. The city is known for delicious duck dishes, with some banquet restaurants raising their own ducks. Many locals have Chinese ancestry, which has preserved the food culture to this day.

I tried the Nakhon Pathom Chinese banquet and it’s truly delicious. Mitree (Jiam) Restaurant, phone 0916099934. This place is a friend of Anne On Tour, who is also from Nakhon Pathom. Very friendly people. Talking with the banquet chefs gave me more knowledge about food, such as tasting dishes when they have cooled down to truly appreciate the authentic flavor. The best management is when the host lets the banquet staff serve the food themselves because they are experienced professionals.
We only organize events once or a few times a year, so we’re not as skilled as they are. When choosing a banquet, you have to taste the food first to know the flavor. What if we organize a small event? I recommend Mitree (Jiam) Restaurant; I think it’s delicious. If you don’t want to taste first, you can order without disappointment. I also learned that people from different regions prefer different flavors. I asked about people from Bang Bo; they said locals there don’t like strong flavors. That seems true because I like strong flavors and find them delicious.
Chinese banquets come at various prices depending on how much food you want. Each place has its own recipes. For big events, you need large, experienced restaurants with many tables; otherwise, food won’t be served on time and problems may arise. For example, Mitree (Jiam) Restaurant once served up to 525 tables. Prices today start at just 999 baht and can go up to around 2,000 baht or more. Now, let’s look at the dishes I ate to see which ones are delicious. Watch the full clip.
