WIFI is almost gone. Although some places still charge extra for WIFI usage, I recommend not staying at hotels that charge extra for internet to help phase this out from Thailand quickly. (Book hotels in Sisaket with Agoda) The Ban Kaew Ruen Khwan hotel where I stayed is located in the city, not far from the bus station, and easy to find food. I stayed on the second floor where WIFI is available; on the third floor WIFI does not reach. The staff downstairs were very friendly and had a good service attitude.
The Ban Kaew Ruen Khwan hotel area has outdoor seating that feels shady and relaxing. Mr.Hotsia recommends this hotel. If you want to book other accommodations in Sisaket, you can check Agoda.
