The dishes I tried and loved are traditional Isan food such as spicy papaya salad, flavorful noodle soup, and perfectly rich jim jum hot pot. There is also a rice soup dish that is hard to find in big cities, which they do so well that I had to order it multiple times.

Udon Thani is a large city full of the charm of authentic Isan culture and diverse local cuisine.
