Once, I, mr.hotsia, traveled to Dong Hoi (Đồng Hới), a town that seems small but is incredibly charming and full of stories to discover. Dong Hoi is located in Quang Binh Province, Vietnam. It is a town that blends the simplicity of everyday Vietnamese life with unspoiled natural beauty.

I arrived in Dong Hoi in the late afternoon after taking a train from another city in northern Vietnam. The scenery along the railway was surrounded by rice fields and low hills, making me feel refreshed and excited to explore this town.

Upon entering the town center, I found a small fresh market full of vibrant life. The locals here still live simply. Walking around the market, I saw fresh local ingredients such as native vegetables, seasonal fruits, and seafood caught from the Quang Binh coast.
