The morning market here is full of fresh produce from the mountains and rivers, including fresh vegetables, seasonal fruits, river fish, and local dishes that are hard to find in big cities.

Additionally, there are street food stalls selling grilled squid, a local specialty. I remember the rich flavor and fragrant spices reminded me of the freshness of the sea. Although Hoa Binh is not by the sea like Nha Trang (Nha Trang Sea), the deliciousness of seafood can still be experienced easily.

For nature lovers, Hoa Binh offers a variety of natural attractions including mountains, waterfalls, and caves hidden in the forests. I tried hiking to a viewpoint where I could see a wide view of the green valley. The cool atmosphere and fresh air made this trip even more meaningful.

At the same time, if you enjoy learning about culture, there are Hmong and Muong villages here that still firmly preserve their traditions and traditional lifestyles. I had the opportunity to sit and talk with locals, listening to stories about customs and ways of life that have changed very little compared to modern times.
