Although it is not a major tourist city like Nha Trang or Da Lat, there is plenty to discover here—from the bustling seaside fresh market where I passed by and caught the scent of the sea mixed with fresh herbs from seafood, to local restaurants serving strange-faced fish in ways I had never seen before.

Walking the Đồng Hới Market: Where Strange-faced Fish Appear

I, mr.hotsia, took a boat trip from the city center to the lively morning fresh market by the sea. This was where I saw various kinds of strange-faced fish displayed on fish stalls. Some had bizarre shapes with sharp spines, while others had colors unlike typical sea fish. It was an exciting sight that made me eager to taste them.
