It was like a scene from a painting, but here it was real, happening in Qui Nhon, a coastal city not only known for its beautiful sea but also rich in lifestyle and culture.

Qui Nhon is located in Binh Dinh province, a central coastal province of Vietnam. Besides watching the sunrise and walking along the beach, I also had the chance to visit the local morning market here, which is very lively. Locals bring fresh seafood and garden produce to trade. I talked with vendors and learned about local ingredients used in authentic Vietnamese cuisine, especially seafood that is fresher and cheaper than in big cities like Ho Chi Minh or Hanoi.
