Dong Xoai City, Binh Phuoc Province 2016 Mr.Hotsia enjoyed traveling here once three years ago. This time I stayed at the same hotel next to the Coop Mart mall. In the morning, when I walked around the market corner, I didn’t realize it was the same city I had visited before until I returned to my hotel and looked at old photos confirming my previous stay.
One night of exploring made me forget where I had been before. On my return trip to Dong Xoai City, Binh Phuoc Province, I stayed two nights. On the first night, I arrived near dark, went out to eat local-style duck rice, then rested. The next day, I explored the city, visited the morning market, treated myself to a full facial, hair wash, and body massage typical of this city, then traveled to Ho Chi Minh City the following day.
What impressed me most about this city was the spa services: oil massage and facial treatments at very reasonable prices. I also liked the Coop Mart mall with its affordable rice and curry meals. The morning market is notable for its unique parking style where sellers and buyers park their vehicles on the same street. From the hill above, it looks like a mountain of people.
