On the day I visited, I woke up early to see the market. There is a unique building in the middle, surrounded by a fresh morning market. I have seen many places like this in Vietnam and Cambodia as well. The market is very neat and clean. There are many fresh fish for sale, including seafood. People from the highlands enjoy eating seafood. The local specialty chicken must be cooked head down only. Another unusual sight is the piglet market, where piglets are sold in cages. I have seen even more piglets for sale in Takeo Province, Cambodia.
The colors there were so vivid that I still remember them today. This morning market also has such colors but not as many. Here's a good tip: after a fresh rain stops, go take photos of the market, streets, or views.
