From my perspective, Mr.Hotsia, the thrilling travel experience hasn't changed much. In terms of tourist attractions, restaurants, and local people's views towards tourists, things remain the same. The most noticeable addition is the abundance of massage and spa shops, and many new hotels have sprung up due to the increasing number of tourists visiting this World Heritage city each year.
For this trip to Hoi An, I rented a motorbike to explore beyond the city center because I didn't want to limit my visit to just the town. I wanted to discover something different outside the city, to see the local way of life, how they farm rice and fish, and to visit distant markets. You can rent a motorbike in the city for about 300 baht per day.
