This city is one of the seafood capitals because it is located by the sea with abundant marine fish. They use the fish to make various types of fish balls. The most popular dish here is Pho noodle soup with fish balls. There is also a dish called "Hoi Krok," similar to fried clams but cooked in a special mold like Thai coconut pancakes.
