This temple is famous for its clay sculptures created by the abbot, who sculpted more than 20 different figures from clay. He started sculpting at age 20 and continued until his passing at age 62. Vietnamese visitors often come to pay respects here, both individually and in tour groups, with large buses frequently parked along the street.
The best time to visit is late morning after visitors have arrived, so you can observe the Vietnamese tradition of paying respects. Arriving too early means you might miss the activity. Inside, there are many Buddhist figures including Guan Yin.
