Comparing prices, they were neither much cheaper nor more expensive than in Thailand, just moderate prices. So I bought fresh oysters and various side vegetables, then went to buy dipping sauce from Big C, which is about
kilometers away. At night, I enjoyed oyster salad, but since there was no plate, I used a hotel glass to serve it. It looked like a cocktail, so I named the dish Oyster Cocktail. Mr.Hotsia Travel Delight January 2016
