ค็อกเทลหอยนางรม ตอนที่เดินตลาดเย็นจังหวัดแทงหวา(Thanh Hoa) ของเมืองนี้ผมไปเจอเขาแค่หอยนางรมขายกันสดๆเมื่อเปรียบเทียบราคาดูแล้วก็ไม่ได้ถูกหรือแพงจากเมืองไทยมากนักราคากลางกลางผมจึงซื้อหอยนางรมสดและซื้อผักเคียงต่างๆจากนั้นไปซื้อน้ำจิ้มจากบิ๊กซีที่อยู่ห่างจากตัวเมืองประมาณ 2-3 กิโลเมตรยามค่ำคืนผมก็กินยำหอยนางรมแต่เนื่องจากไม่มีจานใส่ก็เลยนำแก้วของโรงแรมมาใส่ดูไปดูมาให้คล้ายกับ cocktail ผมจึงตั้งชื่ออาหารว่าค็อกเทลหอยนางรม Mr.Hotsia เที่ยวสะใจ มกราคม 2559
