ยอดภูฟ้า พงสาลี (Phufa hill) ภูฟ้าคือยอดสูงสุดที่อยู่แถวตัวเมืองพงสาลี สามารถเดินขึ้นไปด้านบนได้ เป็นจุดชมวิวเห็นตัวเมืองพงสาลีทั้งเมือง กิจกรรมที่พลาดไม่ได้หากมาเที่ยงพงสาลีคือการขึ้นภูฟ้า เหมือนกับไปหลวงพระบางก็ต้องขึ้นภูสีครับ บนยอดภูฟ้ามีพระธาตุภูฟ้าสีขาว คนพงสาลีไม่ค่อยขึ้นไปด้านบนนอกจากมีงานหรือไปทำบุญ ผมเห็นมีแต่นักท่องเที่ยวทั้งชาวลาวและชาวต่างชาติไปเที่ยวกัน
จากยอดภูฟ้ามีเส้นทางเดินไปหมู่บ้านชนเผ่าเป็นวงรอบ หากท่านเดินขึ้นไปภูฟ้าแต่เช้าและไม่ได้ไปไหนในวันนั้น ให้กลับลงอีกทาง ไปดูหมูบ้านชาวเขาเผ่าต่างๆ ของพงสาลี ใช้เวลาในการดินทางสองสามชั่วโมงรวมเที่ยวด้วยนะครับ สามารถสอบถามข้อมูลเพิ่มจากเจ้าหน้าที่เก็บเงินค่าทำเนียมที่ขายตั๋วก่อนขึ้นยอดภูฟ้าครับ เขาน่าจะมีแผนที่ให้ด้วย mr.hotsia เที่ยวสะใจ มีนาคม 2557
