3G ของ ETL ลาว ก่อนหน้านี้ที่ 3G ลาวออกมาใหม่ๆ ค่า Unitel มีโปรโมชั่นให้ลองใช้กันความเร็วนั้นถือว่า ok เลย ผ่านมาวันนี้ผมกลับไปใช้ 3G ของ Unitel ปรากฎว่าช้ามากครับ วันนี้ได้มีโอกาสเที่ยวที่ห้วยทราย แขวงบ่อแก้ว อีกครั้ง จึงได้ข้อมูลมาใหม่ว่าความเร็วสามจีของอีทีแอล (ETL) ความเร็วใช้ได้ และราคาก็ถูกไม่แพง โซน 3G ครอบคลุ่มห้วยทราย ข้ามมาถึงเชียงของเขตชายแม่น้ำโขงด้วย เรียกว่าอยู่ไทยก็ใช้ 3G ลาวได้เลยครับ ผมจึงอยากแนะนำให้ลองใช้ของค่านนี้กันดูบ้าง สำหรับ 3G ของ Unitel นั้นเป็นของเวียดนามมาลงทุน ส่วนของ ETL เป็นของลาวเองครับ mr.hotsia เมษายน 2556
