ที่ตลาดสดเสียมเรียบ ห่างจากตัวเมืองไปสองกิโลเมตร พิกัด GPS คือ 13 21 36.641 N, 103 52 28.644 E คลิกชมแผนที่ Google ได้ครับ ผมจะเจอร้านขายอาหารแบบชาวขแมร์เขาชอบกัน อาหารจานนี้มีชื่อว่า “โรชา” เขาจะเอาเส้นคล้ายสปาเก็ตตี้ มาผัดใส่กุยช่าย ถั่วงอก แล้วเวลากินก็ใส่ไข่ดาว บางคนก็ใส่ขนมกุยช่ายทอด ร้านขายขนมกุยช่ายทอดก็อยู่ข้างๆกัน
อาหารจานนี้ถูกมากๆ จานละ 10 กว่าบาท แค่ไข่บ้านเราก็ปาไปสี่ห้าบาทแล้ว แต่ที่นี่ขายาคานี้ได้แฮะ ผมลองชิมแล้วอร่อยถูกใจ แต่ติดตรงหวานไปหน่อยนึง Mr.Hotsia ธันวาคม 2554
