ผมเดินหาที่พักที่นครพนมไปเจอร้านข้าวเกรียบปากหม้อร้านหนึ่งดูสะอาด หลากหลายเมนูน่ากินมากๆ ร้านนี้ชื่อร้านศรีเทพ(ดูแผนที่คลิกที่พิกัด GPS เหนือรูปเลยครับ) ผมไม่รู้ว่าร้านนี้ดังหรือเปล่านะ แต่ผมไปกินแล้วชอบมากเหลือเกิน ข้าวเกรียบปากหม้อแสนอร่อย แบบที่หยุดไม่อยู่แค่จานเดียว ผมไปนั่งสักพักเห็นคนเริ่มเข้า สั่งกินที่ร้านและหลับบ้าน ท่าทางจะเป็นร้านดังของจังหวัดนี้
ผมชอบแบบข้าวเกรียบปากหม้อแบบใส่ไข่ แล้วข้าวเกรียบแบบกรอบ ผมกินไปสามจานแค่นึกถึงยังอร่อยค้างอยู่ในปากเลยครับ ข้าวเกรียบปากหม้อเนี่ยเป็นอาหารของเวียดนาม ที่นครพนมมีคนเวียดนามอยู่จำนวนมาก ทำให้ข้าวเกรียบปากหม้อที่นี่เขาขึ้นชื่อ หากมาท่องเที่ยวนครพนมจำชื่อจำร้าน “ข้าวเกรียบปากหม้อศรีเทพ” ไว้ไปนครพนมอย่าพลาดล่ะ Mr.Hotsia มกราคม 2554
