So the waterfall's name comes from this liquor jar. This waterfall is 43 kilometers from Sen Monorom town. Khmer people prefer to drive their own cars to visit, but for foreign tourists, I recommend renting a motorcycle from Sen Monorom to visit on your own.
The road is good, convenient, and safe with few vehicles. Motorcycle rentals in town cost 200-300 baht per day. Khmer locals I spoke with said Bousra Waterfall is the most beautiful waterfall in Cambodia. It is notable for its wide, powerful, and beautiful cascade. When I visited, I saw ethnic minority girls dressed in traditional costumes at the waterfall. I believe they were tourists renting ethnic outfits for photos, similar to services in Vietnam, which I have not seen in Thailand yet. Bousra Waterfall.
(Bousra Waterfall) has three tiers. At the top tier, we rode motorcycles through to a hill tribe village. There are food stalls and souvenir shops from the top down to the waterfall area, which has seating pavilions where you can order food. When I visited, locals were selling local vegetables, and hill tribe people played a 10-string traditional fiddle along the path to the waterfall. I recorded a video clip to share with you.
