I celebrated the countdown in Changsha City, Hunan Province, China. The countdown is held in a downtown shopping center with musicians and famous celebrities performing. At this event, I saw a Chinese girl band playing music using iPhones, including an iPhone guitar. This band is well-known and has been featured in Thai news. The general countdown atmosphere in Changsha includes people releasing sky lanterns and setting off fireworks along the streets, but in small amounts. The countdown event attracted many people.
