Crystal Grill, 82nd floor, Baiyoke Sky Hotel. The food is very good, the atmosphere is great, unlimited food. I like the fresh raw salmon and the fragrant, tender grilled New Zealand lamb ribs. The Baiyoke buffet I ate did not include drinks; if you order water, a bottle costs 20 baht each.
The price for the buffet on this floor is 690 baht per person. You can also visit the viewing floors 77 and 84 for free without paying an extra 100 baht. I recommend going before 5:00 PM and enjoying the view before 5:30 PM. When the buffet opens, you can sit and eat while enjoying the night view of Bangkok because after eating you might be too lazy to go up for the view. Don't just go home. Mr.Hotsia January 2013.
