Camping and soaking in the Jaeson Hot Spring, Lampang. I traveled from San Kamphaeng Hot Spring. By the time I arrived at Jaeson Hot Spring, it was already past 8 PM. Upon arrival, I set up my tent at the area provided by the national park. After setting up, I went to bathe in the mineral water of the park. Even though it was late, everything went smoothly. After bathing, I ate and then brought my computer to work at the park's restaurant. It was around 4 PM before I could start working. The ordering system at the park's restaurant is
set up for convenience because many people come during the winter season. But tonight there were no customers, so I could order à la carte. I do have a food recommendation: if you come to Jaeson Hot Spring, you must order the "Jaeson Mineral Egg Salad." It is a recipe by Mom Rajawongse Thanadsri, created during her visit to the waterfall. The recipe involves soaking chicken eggs in mineral water for 17 minutes, then gently cracking the eggs onto a plate. The yolk will be firm, and the white will be jelly-like. Add fish sauce, lime,
dried shrimp, and the essential ingredient, shallots. That's all you need to enjoy the Jaeson Mineral Egg Salad. Today, I ordered it, but it wasn't as delicious as I hoped because the eggs were cold. Only hot eggs should be eaten; cold eggs are strictly not recommended. After eating, I continued working at the restaurant in the Jaeson park. They keep the lights on, so I could work for a long time. After a while, I went to sleep in the tent I had set up. The atmosphere tonight was perfect, with insect sounds and cool, comfortable air.
I slept straight through and woke up early, unlike when I camped at Doi Inthanon where it rained all night. Working at Jaeson Hot Spring, Lampang.
