I ate the stir-fried spicy stingray which was very satisfying and deliciously intense, making my eyes water. It's true that Nakhon Si Thammarat curry rice is very flavorful. Another dish locals enjoy for breakfast is sticky chicken, served with a strong, rich Southern-style hot tea that Mr.Hotsia really liked. Uncle Na Wa's Kitchen is located right in front of the Lan Saka Tourism Service Center in a beautiful traditional Thai house. When you arrive at Lan Saka district and drive towards the mountains at the gateway, if I remember correctly called Khao Rang, a little further on the right side you will find this restaurant. This is authentic Nakhon Si Thammarat Southern food.
Southern food from Nakhon Si Thammarat is naturally spicy and flavorful. If you see a restaurant with many customers, try eating there. The curry must be thick, and the stir-fried dishes must have a rich chili paste. It's definitely delicious.
