One afternoon, Brother Woody took a 4WD to visit Palatha Waterfall. During the rainy season, the waterfall was beautiful and full of water. It is a limestone waterfall similar to the Tilo Su Waterfall. You can stroll and swim at the waterfall, but do not drink the water from this limestone waterfall under any circumstances. Mr.Hotsia 2010. Palatha Waterfall Forest Park is located in Mae Lamung Subdistrict, Umphang District, Tak Province. It is part of the Mae Klong-Umphang National Reserved Forest. Palatha Waterfall is an important tourist attraction in Umphang District.

The area features pristine forest, and Palatha Waterfall is also very beautiful. The Palatha Waterfall Forest Park is a plateau along the mountain slope, with the northern side higher and sloping down to the south. The average elevation is about 500 meters above sea level, with an average slope of about 15 percent across the area. The climate consists of three seasons: summer from February to mid-May, with very hot weather in mid-April; rainy season from mid-May to mid-September, with rainfall mainly on the western side; and winter from October to late January, with very cold weather in December.

We took a break before heading to the waterfall because it was raining. Beautiful flowers lined the path to Palatha Waterfall. On the way back, we stopped to pick pumpkin leaves to stir-fry. We went to the Karen hill tribe to gather vegetables. Water droplets rolled on the taro leaves, in case anyone has never seen this.
