Just cross the river and turn left. The market is indoors and not many locals carry goods to sell by hand. There is also a small market in front of the Hoang Anh hotel. I find it more charming than the main provincial market.
A highlight of the Ha Giang market is how they sell beef by the leg, looking fresh and very appetizing. I think this city favors beef dishes. In front of the market, people sell boiled corn, which is said to be delicious here. Don't forget to try it.
