Mbps is considered fast. The owner here doesn't speak English, but we communicated with gestures. Basic Vietnamese knowledge is enough. I stayed in the top floor room facing the street, good air conditioning, bathroom door couldn't be locked, good bed. Overall, a nice place to stay. In Bien Hoa city, I saw about 5-10 hotels, mostly mid-range like mine. If I were to recommend, I'd suggest the market area for easy market visits, which is also near the Dong Nai river. Located in the city, not far from the market. Dong Nai Hotel, Guest House 71 I couldn't find, maybe in another area but not cheap. Ngoc Yen Hotel, The Peace Hotel, Sao Mai Hotel, Vinh An Hotel are affordable. For hotels near the market, I recommend Tulip Hotel where I stayed, Diamond Hotel, Khách Sạn Kim Ly, Phi Dung Hotel Pte. With the industrial zone and Big C, the city area near the market has shifted towards Big C with many street food vendors.
