They roast the cow behind the shop and bring it out to grill in front instead. The aroma of grilled meat is incredibly mouthwatering.

If you want to try something unusual, don’t miss the street food sold by kids walking around, such as grilled snake carried by young women, or even raw duck and goose eggs which are rare to find at home. There’s also Kebab Ang, a Khmer-style grilled meat. All of these are the colorful highlights of Phnom Penh’s nightlife that impressed mr.hotsia a lot.
