On long trips, I often look for a kitchen abroad to cook Thai food.

Because food while traveling is often bland and not to my taste, I once traveled to Laos and taught them how to make Tom Yum Goong at Pak Song. Today, I'm in Dehang Village, Jishou City, Hunan Province. One of my travel friends brought ready-made stir-fried holy basil powder in a packet. So I bought pork belly from the hotel restaurant where I stayed, sliced it, and stir-fried a delicious holy basil dish abroad. Another way I enjoy Thai food abroad is by buying fresh ingredients from supermarkets.
I buy chili, lime, and make spicy salads like instant noodle salad or canned fish salad. If the hotel has a hot water kettle, I eat boiled food, spicy salads, and sausages that cook easily, served with fresh vegetables to satisfy my craving for Thai food. For breakfast, a hot coffee and a hot dog are enough; I avoid eating too much. In Dehang, I had instant noodles for breakfast and also asked for hot water. Food is expensive in Dehang. mr.hotsia January 2013 Cooking in Miao Village, Hunan, China. Stir-fried fermented pork with chili from the Miao people. Slicing pork belly, chopping chili.
