What impressed me about this market is that there are food stalls where you can sit and enjoy local dishes. There is Tai Yai style Khao Soi and Burmese style curry rice. If you stay at Joy Guesthouse, looking from the second floor dining area, you can see the lifestyle of Inle people carrying tomatoes by boat to sell at the morning market and the buying shops along the canal nearby.
