Authentic Burmese Poisanglong - Along the streets of Mandalay, there are shops selling snacks similar to fried dough. I call it Burmese pizza. The shop I often eat at is located in front of the Fortune Hotel where I usually stay. In front of the restaurant where I eat every evening, Burmese pizza topped with cha-om is served.
