Many wonder if the free shuttle service between Don Mueang and Suvarnabhumi Airports still exists. It does, called shuttlebus suwannaphum donmuang. It replaces the Por A bus service. The bus departs every hour. Passengers must show a valid flight ticket. So don’t lose it. I find it convenient and fast. The shuttle runs between Don Mueang and Suvarnabhumi in about 1 hour via the expressway, using all possible routes. The first free shuttle departs at 5:00 AM, and the last one at midnight (24:00).
The boarding point at Don Mueang Airport is on Level 1, arrivals, Gate 8. At Suvarnabhumi Airport, it’s on Level 2, arrivals, between Gates 2 and 3. Now you have another option if you want to travel from Suvarnabhumi to Don Mueang or from Don Mueang towards Bang Bo. The bus can be full, crowded, or less busy depending on the flight.
