These two events seem to compete with each other. At the ASEAN Flower Festival, free Wi-Fi is available throughout the event. There is a snow simulation area to play in, boat rides on the Kok River, and a tulip garden. If you like this kind of event, you won't be disappointed. I recommend going during the daytime, although it is hot, the evening or night is much more comfortable.
There are also tricycle services at the event, but I think they are a bit expensive. The snow area has very long queues and requires a long wait. If this could be improved, I think this event is a must-see. No need to go abroad or to Dream World to play in the snow.
