The shop I brought you to is at the morning market in front of the Agricultural Products Center company. Two people run the shop. Customers come continuously, lining up for takeout or sitting at the prepared tables. I ordered jok with egg. Here, it's made very appetizing with boiled pork blood, offal, minced pork, and perfectly soft-boiled egg, leaving some to season with sauce and ginger to your liking.
