To exercise in different provinces, if there is a tennis court, I get to play. Because if I just eat and travel without exercising, I would definitely gain weight. I play defensively and manage to get by. It's the same in Khon Kaen. There are many skilled players here, but I managed well. I mean, I had fun playing even though I definitely lost, haha. For the courts, I chose to play near the Walking Street so I could walk and take photos afterwards (probably the City Hall court). There are 6 courts here. Outsiders pay a fee of 50 baht per session. There are players of various skill levels; if you are good, they let you play with strong players.
If you are not good, they match you with players of similar skill. In tennis, skilled players can adjust their level to play with beginners, but as a beginner, I only play with other beginners. For those who don't have a sport yet, I recommend trying tennis. It's fun and a good workout. Wherever I travel, I usually get to play tennis because every province has tennis courts, including Laos and Vietnam. I have played with people who are still very fit because they play tennis daily.
