In Krabi town, I was impressed by two food places: beef offal at the night market by the Krabi river
and another place is Pad Krapow and made-to-order dishes at Cook Thewada's restaurant, run by an experienced cook who opened a stall opposite the Government Housing Bank Krabi branch. Extremely delicious, unbelievably so. They call him Cook Thewada, so I call him that too. The real name of the restaurant is "Ko Sak." This place was recommended by a friend in Krabi named Kor Ya. They said the food is very tasty. I tried it and it was truly satisfying, both the regular Pad Krapow and the version mixed with rice. They use fresh seafood and, being professionals, their handling and technique
are very systematic. Just watching them cook is appetizing. I visited Cook Thewada's or Ko Sak's restaurant again before heading to Phang Nga province. It was extremely satisfying for Mr. Hotsia and has become my number one Pad Krapow mixed with rice in Thailand today.
