Camping at Jaeson National Park. A fresh new morning, I walked to visit the hot spring pool early in the morning. The hot steam meeting the cold air created a mist all around. The cool air, sitting in meditation on a rock, calming the mind for a while, made me feel refreshed and much more peaceful. If you plan to visit Jaeson Hot Springs, I recommend camping here because you must come early in the morning; other times are not as beautiful. Also, in the early morning, there are no tourists, so photos come out beautifully.
When I went, I was the only person there. Besides taking photos and visiting the hot spring pool in the morning, another popular activity is soaking in the mineral baths. They do it very well here; it is one of Thailand's top mineral bath facilities. Inside the mineral bath room, there is a bathtub with a perfect mix of hot and cold water. We don't have to adjust it ourselves. Just slowly test the temperature and soak comfortably. Soaking for about 15 minutes feels very good. The benefits of soaking in mineral water are
