Evening activities mostly involve strolling to find beautiful spots, taking photos for Facebook, and enjoying delicious food by the Mekong River.
In the early morning, some people go to watch the sunset at Phu Thok. Oh, I almost forgot that in front of Chiang Khan fresh market, there is an old-fashioned coffee shop where locals and Chiang Khan residents gather to chat and discuss issues over coffee.
