Vietnamese Pizza at Talad Yai http://www.hotsia.com > Exciting Ubon Ratchathani travel, Tee Amnuay Chok rice porridge, Ubon night market, delicious coconut fish cakes, the best soy milk in Ubon, Noi's marbled beef noodles, have you tried Vietnamese pizza? Coffee shop at Ubon Bus Terminal, Ubon-Phuket flights, bus from Ubon to Mukdahan, Mr. Hotsia recommends hotels in Ubon, a shop selling Vietnamese Pak Mor at Talad Yai, Ubon Ratchathani Province. Besides selling Vietnamese Pak Mor,

I discovered a unique dessert I had never seen or tasted before called "Vietnamese Pizza." It looks like a crispy Thai crepe but is crunchier because it uses fried crispy rice crackers as the base, topped with thin Vietnamese Pak Mor dough, filled with the same filling as Pak Mor, then folded in half to finish. Only one shop sells it at Talad Yai, run by a native Vietnamese who speaks Vietnamese.
He learned to make it from his parents, resulting in this unusual and delicious dessert. Many people in Ubon love it because it’s crispy outside, soft inside, and the black sesame in the rice cracker adds extra flavor. As usual, this dessert must be eaten hot to enjoy its crispiness; once cold, the crunchiness diminishes and it’s less tasty. When you visit Ubon, don’t forget to try it. The taster shown below is P'Ploy from www.guideubon.com. Enjoy your trip!
When you come to Ubon, bring your passport to visit Pakse too; it’s a lot of fun. mr.hotsia
