The journey to Pha Hee Valley is not as difficult as you might think. The road is paved but winding, with some sections offering complex and beautiful mountain views that made me stop several times to take photos.

Upon arriving at Pha Hee Valley, the first thing you notice is the cool, refreshing air, the scent of earth and fresh trees that you can't find in big cities. This place is not just an ordinary viewpoint but also a learning center and a place for home-style cooking activities. One activity I didn’t miss was making pizza by myself.

The pizza here is not the ordinary kind you might expect. mr.hotsia personally mixed and kneaded the dough, arranged all the toppings including fresh tomatoes, cheese, and a variety of local ingredients such as grilled pork bacon, herbal sausages, and fresh vegetables from the backyard garden. Every step was done with heart and full dedication from the owner who wants visitors to have fun and truly experience the hill tribe lifestyle.

Another special feature is baking the pizza in a volcanic stone oven, which makes the crust perfectly crispy on the outside and soft inside. The aroma that fills the area makes everyone eager to taste it right after it comes out of the oven.

Besides pizza, the area also offers beautiful viewpoints for walking and taking photos with mist and mountain ranges stretching as far as the eye can see. The morning or evening atmosphere at Pha Hee is peaceful and perfect for relaxing. I recommend timing your visit to enjoy the soft morning sunlight or the sunset that enhances the temperature and colors of nature beautifully.
