This place is not only great for its convenient location in the heart of activities but what impressed me most and made me want to share is the unbelievably delicious “breakfast.”

One morning after waking up fully rested in the comfortable room at Bayshore Hotel, I walked down to the restaurant feeling a little hungry but already expecting something amazing. What I found when opening the restaurant door was a fully loaded breakfast buffet with a wide variety from rich-flavored Thai dishes to carefully prepared international menus.

The highlight that impressed me the most was the fresh honeycomb available for unlimited picking. I must say I am now a big fan of the honeycomb here because I have traveled to villages in the provinces to find it but it was very difficult to get it as complete as this. At Siam Bayshore, they offer it freely, plus genuine natural honey that perfectly complements my breakfast flavors.

Besides the honeycomb, I also loved the variety of freshly baked breads, whether fragrant buttery croissants or healthy whole wheat bread, along with fried eggs, sausages, and bacon cooked fresh all the time, making every bite feel fresh and full of energy. For those who prefer Thai food, there is also pork rice porridge and side dishes like stir-fried vegetables or clear soup to enjoy abundantly.
