Visiting Hanoi, it is rare to see shops selling fragrant roast duck like this. Usually, they boil the duck and put it in pho, bun, rice porridge, or duck stew. This time I was lucky to find a roast duck shop. Actually, this shop sells duck stew, duck bun, and roast duck sold whole, but you can order as you like. So I ordered chopped roast duck (cut with scissors) and also ordered bun or white rice noodles to eat with the duck. There are plenty of vegetables and soup to help swallow. The price for a whole roast duck is 300 baht. The shop I ate at is on the way to Hanoi Circus.
