Near the old church in the affordable accommodation area in Hanoi (Phu Xa Te), walk from the church towards the coffee shop Joma, there is an alley leading to the cheap lodging zone on the left side. In the alley with the ATM, at the corner, there is a vendor selling rice porridge with many Vietnamese people sitting and eating by the roadside. This porridge shop is delicious. The price is 40 baht per bowl. Enjoy it in the morning for a light meal on a relaxing day. This shop opens early and runs out by late morning. Cheap and good hotels in Phu Xa Te area. Hanoi rice porridge. Hanoi street food breakfast, simple by the roadside when the police are not chasing. This alley is the cheap accommodation alley with rice porridge at the entrance.
