คาสิโนนี้มีชื่อว่าคิงส์โรมัน (The Kings Romans Casino Hotel) ตั้งอยู่ที่เกาะดอนซาว เมืองต้นผึ้ง แขวงบ่อแก้ว ประเทศลาว (Donsao Island, Thonpheung, Bokeo, LAOS) ตรงข้ามกับเชียงแสนฝั่งไทย บริเวณที่เรียกกันว่าสามเหลี่ยมทองคำ คาสิโนคงส์โรมัน เป็นการลงทุนของนายจ้าวเว่ย ชาวจีนที่เช่าพื้นที่ตรงนี้ 99 ปี พัฒนาเป็นคาสิโนและแหล่งท่องเที่ยว ในวันที่ผมไปคาสิโนใหญ่นี้เปิดให้บริการเต็มรูปแบบแล้ว
ข้างๆ คาสิโนคงส์โรมันมีโรงแรมสวนดอกงิ้ว (Kapok hotel) ด้านหน้าโรงแรมเป็นลานน้ำพุใหญ่มาก แถวโซนนี้มีร้านค้า ร้านอาหาร แหล่งบันเทิง แน่นอนที่นี่คือเมืองจีนในประเทศลาวที่ทุกอย่างทั้งภาษาพูด เขียน ติดต่อ นักท่องเที่ยวมีแต่จีนทั้งนั้น ผมตื่นตาตื่นใจอย่างไม่น่าเชื่อว่าจะพบเจอเมือจีนแบบเต็มๆในการมาเที่ยวบ้านต้นผึ้งทริปนี้ mr.hotsia เมษายน 2556
