My mother once told me that people had to row boats through Samrong Canal to visit Luang Pho Sothon Temple and sometimes stay overnight on the boat for one or two nights. But today, the main ordination hall is very large. Time has passed, and nowadays, some people from my hometown Bang Bo attend this annual event less frequently, but more people come back to fulfill their vows. In the past, parking at Luang Pho Sothon Temple was problematic, and there were issues with selling flowers, incense, and candles. Now everything looks orderly and inviting for tourists. The ordination hall is beautiful. I recommend visiting Luang Pho Sothon Temple first, then going to see the large Rahu statue.
