Hia Dam Bang Bo Noodles I am from Bang Bo, born in Bang Bo, studied at Bang Bo Witthayakhom School. I often visit Bang Bo Market but never recommended any delicious restaurants until today when an old high school friend took me to try Hia Dam Bang Bo Noodles.
They said this place is very delicious, so I went to try and filmed a clip, planning not to post if it wasn’t good. The first bowl had the vegetables blanched incorrectly with cold water, so it wasn’t tasty. The second bowl was delicious. They said the first bowl was for kids who didn’t blanch the vegetables before putting them in the bowl. In summary, this is a restaurant that I, Mr.Hotsia, have tasted and found delicious at a reasonable price. Hia Dam Bang Bo Noodles The dish I recommend is minced pork soup with blood, delicious when eaten with plain rice. The tom yum noodles are also recommended by the restaurant, but I haven’t tried them.
I like the minced pork soup style, eating it the way my friend prefers. This place also offers traditional Thai desserts like Khanom Thuai and Khanom Sai Sai, which I, a Bang Bo local who loves Thai desserts and rice, really enjoy. I remember as a child, even when ordering noodle soup with noodles, I still had to eat rice with it. This restaurant is located just past Bang Bo Hospital, near the shortcut to Bang Bo School, not far and on the left side. Everyone around here knows this place. It’s currently popular in Bang Bo.
