This place is well known among locals for many delicious food stalls. One of them is Pa Nui's Tha Chang Pad Thai. The shop is located at the beginning of the alley on the inner side. There is always a queue of customers, and Pa Nui cooks according to the queue. Locals say if you visit Surat Thani, the city of delicious food, you must try this.
You must stop by to try this Pad Thai. I have tried it myself, and it's truly delicious. Don't confuse it with another famous Pad Thai in Surat Thani, which is Chaiya Pad Thai. I haven't tried Chaiya Pad Thai yet, so I don't know if it's as good as Pa Nui's Tha Chang Pad Thai. Pa Nui's Pad Thai focuses on thick tamarind sauce, simmered until almost dry, emphasizing the Pad Thai itself, then cooked with shrimp and bean sprouts.
