It's a short walk from Mai Place Hotel. This restaurant is known only to locals who eat here. The southern food is very delicious. I was hooked on the spicy duck stir-fry which they only make on Mondays. Pa Tiew cooks it herself, and it's thrillingly spicy.
Extremely delicious, the taste suits me like eating duck curry from my hometown, but this uses chili similar to green curry. The dishes here, like panang curry or anything spicy, are very tasty. Pa Tiew is a lovely and friendly person. Anyone visiting Surat Thani must try this place. I really like this restaurant. I ate here three days in a row until Pa Tiew specially made spicy duck stir-fry for me before I left. Delicious and thrillingly spicy, truly Mr. Hotsia's style.
