One morning while staying at Victory Hotel in the city center, I walked toThái Nguyên Morning Marketwhich is not far from the hotel. Walking along the main road to the end, you will find a riverside market bustling with local people selling their goods.

This market is interesting because it offers a variety of goods including fresh vegetables, fruits, flowers, and local food. I was very impressed with the fresh duck and goose stalls lined up along the street. Next to them were noodle shops serving pho and bun where you can sit and eat. I chose to enjoy hot pho while watching the local lifestyle here, which is a rare sight in big cities. Accommodation and Transportation in Thái Nguyên City

I stayed at Victory Hotel in the city center for two nights, costing about 600 baht per night. The room was clean, air-conditioned, with TV and internet that occasionally disconnected but was usable. It is close to the morning market and the main city street, making travel very convenient. There are many karaoke bars in the alley behind the hotel, which is a nightlife spot for locals. However, as I mentioned, I did not try it, but if you like this kind of atmosphere, don't miss it.

For transportation within the province, besides trains and buses from Hanoi, there are bicycles and motorbikes for rent in the city, making it easy to explore. I preferred walking to experience the atmosphere and capture small details of local life.
